Service Description

Property Boundary Have you ever just wanted to have your dog be around in the front or back yard without being on a leash? With property boundary training your dog can be in a social or family gathering without wandering off. Your dog can be in the front yard watching life, people, dogs and other distractions pass by your front porch or garage around your home. To achieve property boundaries there are several steps to complete before we turn the dog loose and trust that it can stay within the confinement of the front or the back yard. If you happen to move or change landscaping, property training is completely transferable to different locations and property line layout. This allows your dog to freely roam and play in your yard and not cross over the boundary lines that you choose. Boundaries can be used in the front or back of the home and is to be used ONLY when you can supervise the dog. Classes are held at Clients location The Basics  Number of Classes: 4 weekly classes (Class will meet on the same day/time each week).  Length of Class: 60 minutes  Class Structure: 60-minute training sessions with your dog  Age: 5 months and older  Prerequisites: None  Price: $250

Cancellation Policy

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY Payments are non-refundable; however, may be used as a credit under certain circumstances. Please see the specific guidelines for each service listed below. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about these policies. PRIVATE LESSONS All scheduled private lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 24- Hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. Late cancellations and “No-Shows” will be charged at the normal rate. • Private lesson packages (5 Lessons) must be completed within 8-weeks beginning on the date of their first lesson. If the lessons are not completed within this time, it will be at the discretion of the assigned trainer and Your dogs 2ND home, LLC, to determine if the reason for the delay was warranted. • Rescheduling or Cancellations <24 hours prior to start time: Original payment is forfeited; new payment is required to reschedule. GROUP CLASSES It is the responsibility of each student to be on time and present for each class. • Make up classes are not available for missed classes; however, an abbreviated private lesson may be available at a prorated cost. Please contact us for details and current pricing information. • Rescheduling or Cancellations >14 days prior to start date: Original payments may be used as a credit to a future class or another service option. • Rescheduling or Cancellations <14 days prior to start date: Original payment is forfeited; new payment is required to reschedule. Obedience & Behavior Modification Program If you cancel or need to change the date of your Program the following restrictions apply • Deposits are non-refundable for any reason • Rescheduling or Cancellations >14 days prior to start date: Original payments may be used as a credit for a rescheduled appointment or another service option. • Rescheduling or Cancellations <14 days prior to start date: Original deposit is forfeited; a new deposit is required to reschedule.
