To secure your dates for Board & Train, a 50% deposit is required. For In-Home Coaching, payment is due at the start of the first session.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand life happens. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future training date within 6 months.

What is the 4% processing fee?

The 4% processing fee applies only when you use third-party financing (Affirm, Klarna, PayPal Credit) or digital wallets. This fee covers the merchant costs charged by these providers. By separating these costs, we ensure that clients paying via traditional methods (cash, check, Zelle) aren't subsidizing the high interest and merchant fees charged by large tech companies.

A: Yes, at Your dogs 2nd home, we understand that many families have more than one dog and want to provide quality training for all their pets. We do not charge for the second dog when enrolled in the same training program, effectively offering a complimentary spot for up to two dogs. However, for households with more than two dogs, there is an additional fee of 50% of the original program cost for each dog beyond the second. This policy allows us to maintain the quality and individualized attention that our signature behavioral training programs require, ensuring the best outcomes for every dog we work with.
