Because our Immersive Training Residency involves a significant investment of time, 24/7 care, and professional expertise in a boutique home environment, we do not offer monetary refunds.

Instead, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee rooted in real-world results and lifelong support.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your success for the long haul. If you are not happy with the results of your program, we don’t walk away.

  • Ongoing Support: If the results aren't meeting our agreed-upon goals, we will take every step needed to ensure you have the skills and information to address the issue.

  • Continuing Education: This includes additional coaching sessions, refined training materials, or follow-up support to ensure the training sticks in your home.

The Reality of Training: Choice & Character

We believe every dog has the potential for greatness, but they are also sentient creatures with their own personalities.

  • The Power of Choice: A well-trained dog is a reliable dog, but even the best-trained companion can occasionally choose to make a "bad decision".

  • Our Promise: When those bad decisions happen, we are here to provide the roadmap and the "behavioral reset" needed to get back on track.

Cancellation & Pause Policy

  • Program Cancellation: You may cancel your program at any time; however, please note that all fees paid are non-refundable as they cover reserved space in our boutique residency and services already rendered.

  • The Pause Option: If an unforeseen life event occurs, we offer a Pause Option. We can hold your program credit for up to 60 days, allowing you to resume your dog's residency when you are ready.

To ensure you and your dog achieve the "Real-World Reliability" we strive for, please follow these steps if you feel the training results aren't meeting your expectations:

  1. Start a Conversation: Contact us via email at support@yourdogs2ndhome.com to let us know where you are struggling.

  2. Identify the "Bad Decisions": Include a brief description (or even a quick video) of the specific moments where your dog is choosing a lapse in judgment over their training.

  3. Strategy Session: We will review your concerns and schedule a follow-up coaching session or provide refined instructional materials tailored to your specific home environment.

  4. The "Every Step" Promise: If the initial adjustments don't solve the issue, we will continue to provide the necessary skills and information until you feel empowered and the goal is reached.
